Caring for someone starts with support for you, too.
Family and friends often make it possible for someone living with dementia to stay at home. Caring for someone you love can be rewarding, but it can also leave you feeling tired or stretched thin. Respite care gives you time to rest, take care of your own needs, and know that the person you care for has support.
