Maine Senior Games

maine senior games logoThe mission of the Maine Senior Games is to provide athletic events and wellness opportunities to improve the health and fitness of people 45 and over.

For many, the thrill of competing in an athletic event never ends. Thanks to Maine Senior Games, adults over the age of 45 can continue to participate and compete in annual athletic and recreational events. Maine Senior Games is a great opportunity for older adults to have fun and stay fit.

Updates for the 2020 Maine Senior Games

As of July, the Maine Senior Games is no longer a program of the Southern Maine Agency on Aging. The Maine Senior Games is transitioning to becoming it's own non-profit entity. For any athletes, volunteers, or sponsors with any questions, please contact Jo Dill at:

Maine Senior Games is so grateful for its many volunteers who help make the games successful. We need volunteers before the events such as  mailings, folding t-shirts and filling athlete's bags. Once the games start we need folks at events to help at the check in table, snack table or helping to run an event. Contact Jo Dill at if you are interested in being a volunteer.
