About This Event

The 4th annual Charting the Future event will be held virtually in 2021 as we continue to keep guest speakers, participants, and staff safe by adhering to recommended CDC practices.

The event will highlight the overall health effects of social isolation and loneliness on older adults. It will also explore societal solutions to help older adults stay engaged, involved, and connected in their communities.

We hope that this year’s Charting the Future event will help us better understand the need for social interaction and human connection and present innovative ideas for combatting this growing health crisis in our aging population.

The event is free, but donations are welcome. Thanks to our sponsors, all donations will directly support programs and services for older adults in York and Cumberland counties.
