Information & Resources

The Southern Maine Agency on Aging helps seniors—and their families—sort through the many programs and services available to help older adults live independently well into their elder years. Our Resource Specialists work with seniors—and their families—by phone or in-person to provide information, support and referrals.

How Our Resource Specialists Can Help

Our Resource Specialists and Family Caregiver Specialists are masters or baccalaureate prepared, licensed with geriatric experience, and well-versed in issues affecting seniors as well as the programs and services to help.
