Today, there are many options for long-term care for older adults. Options include a variety of programs and services that provide enough assistance to enable seniors to live independently well into their senior years. But, sifting through the many programs and services and, then, coordinating the home care services can be overwhelming and a time-consuming challenge. Southern Maine Agency on Aging can help.
Southern Maine Agency on Aging’s Elder Advocates—licensed social workers—work with seniors and/or their families by phone or in-person to provide information, advice and referrals.
