Emily Ward, a bird watcher enthusiast and chair person of the Scarborough Senior WOW Advisory Board will guide participants through Scarborough trails on the Eastern Trail, the Scarborough Nature Center and the Scarborough Land Trust. These hike/bird watching events will take place during Spring migration. $5 per trip.

An event for men and women age 50 and over. Have you been away from competing for a while? Want to get back on track and have fun at the same time? Come explore some of the events that Maine Senior Games offers for Track & Field. This is your chance to try out an event without pressure or competition. You will be able to participate in four different events! The following events will be offered: 100M, 200M, 400M, 800M, 1500M, 3000M, 1500 race walk, javelin, shot put, discus, long jump and triple jump. Coaches will be on hand at each event to help you.
