Office Administrative Assistant

Our thriving adult day health Center in Saco is looking for a 20 hour per week office administrative assistant at our growing site.  Working with a team of professionals to serve the elderly and the disabled, this position is a “key” to organizing complex office systems, setting up complex billing procedures, and  managing the flow of communications from varied sources such as physicians, potential and current participants, their families and community providers.  Ability to develop social media connections and update as needed is required.  Excellence in organizational and communication skills are a must.  Strong interpersonal skills are a given in dealing with the public.  High level of computer skills are essential including Microsoft Office 10 programs, especially Word and Excel.  This is a high powered position and we are looking for a business school graduate or 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in all aspects of general office and administrative assistance.

Starting wage is $ 14.50 per hour for 20 hours per week Monday – Friday.
